Supervision

As practitioners working in all aspects of mental health, our tool is our physical, emotional and mental selves. We often work alone and at times we find ourselves second-guessing our abilities and our capacity to do what we do, day in and day out. We offer supervision that looks at, not only the particulars of your caseload, but also at who you are and how you are influenced by your own history, values, biases and assumptions. We use a theoretical approach to supervision that is guided by reflexivity and a not-knowing stance.
